U lf Bengtsson has written several books in the past about training, bodybuilding, nutrition, discipline and health and wellness. Some of them has become bestsellers.
As a student at Royal College of Physical education he was one of the first to write about women fitness, the importance of proper nutrition, and the importance of weight training. He even wrote some of the education literature. He was also one of the first persons in the world who warned of risks of over consumtion of “the white poison” – sugar.
But the first book was "The Total Dedication" (Den totala satsningen) - a book about his life in California, his thoughs and determination to be number one in the world in bodybuilding. In 2013 he wrote "Det är aldrig för sent att träna" , "It´s never to late to start training", together with the Swedish rockstar, and buddy, Jerry Williams.
Now he is summerise his dramatic life in "No one cries for”.
